About (Charles) Reid Price

A veteran real estate professional since 1995, Reid Price is a renowned and respected industry authority, and leading producer in new development marketing and luxury sales in Manhattan. Reid began his illustrious career at Douglas Elliman and has come full circle as an Executive Vice President with the company, bringing with him a wealth of accomplishments and track record of over $1.5 billion in property sales.

In his tenure as a new development expert, Reid accumulated extensive experience at several other prestigious Manhattan brokerage firms. He was also a commanding force in the successful planning, marketing and sales of over 25 Manhattan new developments, with some of the city's most revered properties among them. His prominent list of projects includes 7 Hubert Street, 25 N. Moore Street, 92 Laight Street, 416 Washington Street, 15 Broad Street, 158 Mercer Street, 285 Lafayette Street, 225 Lafayette Street, 385 West 12th Street, 525 West 22nd Street, 532 West 22nd Street, 140 West 22nd Street and 350 West 42nd Street.

Prior to rejoining Douglas Elliman, Reid served as a Managing Director at Town Residential where he directed the firm's strategic vision since inception, and focused on company growth in the areas of new development marketing and high-end sales. Whether spearheading a marketing and sales program for an ultra-luxury townhouse or multi-story ground-up condominium development, Reid has consistently exceeded his clients' expectations and set records with his insight and vision.

A native of North Carolina, Reid studied Public Relations and Communications at North Carolina State University.
